Delicious Fried Rice with Flowing Egg on Top

Ingredients:

  1 bowl of rice
1碗米饭

  4 eggs
4个鸡蛋

  30g(1.06 oz) corn kernels
30克玉米粒

  30g(1.06 oz) carrot
30克红萝卜

  30g(1.06 oz) cucumber
30克黄瓜卜

  1 ham sausage
一根火腿肠

  A little chopped spring onion
一点葱花

  1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2茶匙食盐

  1/3 teaspoon chicken powder
1/3茶匙鸡粉

  1 tablespoon light soy sauce
一汤匙生抽

  2 tablespoon milk
牛奶

  Cooking oil
食用油

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1 :
Cut the carrots, cucumbers, and sausages into small cubes.
将红萝卜黄瓜火腿切成丁

Step 2 :
Heat oil in a pot, add the corn kernels, carrot cubes, cucumber cubes, ham sausage cubes, and stir fry for 30 seconds.
起锅烧油,加入玉米粒萝卜丁黄瓜丁火腿丁,翻炒30秒

Step 3 :
Add the rice, and stir fry evenly.
倒入米饭翻炒均匀

Step 4 :
Add 1/3 teaspoon salt,1/3 teaspoon chicken powder,1 tablespoon light soy sauce, and stir fry evenly.
加入1/3茶匙盐1/3茶匙鸡粉1汤匙生抽,翻炒均匀

Step 5 :
Take out the stir fried rice and compact it in a bowl, then pour it onto a plate.
将炒好的米饭盛出来装到一个碗里压实,然后倒在一个碟子上

Step 6 :
Beat 4 eggs in a bowl and stir to make egg liquid, then add 1/3 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoon milk,stir evenly.

Step 7 :
Heat oil in a pot, pour in the egg liquid and fry on low heat for about 30 seconds, then take out and cover it on the fried rice.
起锅烧油,倒入鸡蛋液,小火煎30秒左右,然后盛出来盖在炒饭上,完成

Step 8 :
Sprinkle with a little chopped spring onions on it. Done.
撒上一点葱花,完成
