Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1 :
Use a knife to make several cuts on the front and back of the carp’s body.

Put the crucian carp into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 3 teaspoons cooking wine, a few slices of ginger, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 3 :
Heat oil in a pot, add the crucian carp and fry until both sides turn golden brown.

Step 4 :
Put the fried crucian carp into a casserole,add 1000ml of boiling water, add tofu and a few slices of ginger. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Step 5 :
Add one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of pepper, and half a teaspoon of chicken essence in sequence.
