Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1 :
Heat oil in a pot, then add sichuan peppercorns, minced ginger, minced garlic, and stir fry until fragrant.

Step 2 :

Step 7 :
Dish out on a plate, and sprinkle chopped spring onions on top, done.
